What is your HEC form filling charges?
Charges depend upon your degree levels.
- Rs. 500/- for Master’s (M.A, M.Sc) or equivalent
- Rs. 800 to Rs. 1000/- for MPhil, PhD or higher degrees (charges depend on the degree level)
What is HEC attestation fee?
- The attestation fee is Rs. 1,000 for each original document.
- And Rs. 700 of each photocopy of a document.
What documents do I need for HEC form Filling?
- An Email Account
- ID Card
- Phone No.
- One Clear Passport Size Pic
- Matric & Intermediate Original Degrees.
- Equivalence Certificate from IBCC in case of O & A level study.
- Original University Degree + Transcript (duly countersigned by controller of examination)
- Domicile or Nikkah Nama for Married Female Applicants (to verify father name)
What are the timings of HEC’s Office?
HEC’s offices open for 5 working days a week i.e. from Monday to Friday. Official timing is from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm.
HEC’s offices close on Saturday, Sunday.
What are your working hours?
Our shop is open from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a short break during Namaz times.
On Sundays, we open from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
